One of those priorities is the ministry of reconciliation. Jesus Christ said to the two men fishing in Matthew 4:19, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."

Jesus Christ did not see two men casting their nets for fish, but saw them casting it for souls. This is why HE said that HE will make them fishers of men.
